I have two access ports per reactor. ONe for input one for output. The waste material is being placed into the access port set to input and rarely the proper port set for output. I have attached two images showing the issue visually as well.

Howdy cowkilla! I noticed you closed this issue. I'm wondering if you found a solution because I'm having the same problem. I've searched Google to no avail.

This bug was closed because it is a duplicate of #178 - that bug has been closed as I've committed code which will resolve this issue in BR 0.3.4A (not yet released)
