This appears to be a graphical bug in EnderIO. See how the BR power tap lights up? That means it's detected a connection to an RF network.

the problem is not with the energy the problem is with the redstone one it dosen sent a signal to the reactor witch mean it weill not start screen shot foloes

as you can see it not conected

and it not online

and online

the problem is with the redstone port not receving the signal even tho the counduet is sendig it out
