when there will be a official version for 1.7.2 realeased?

Hello. I apologize, but there will not be a 1.7.2 version. I'm currently considering an upgrade to 1.7.10 once that becomes available.

That are bad news, because for 1.7.10 there are currently no mods available...
This means that we can wait with an server upgrade more months : (

Not exactly. The mods whitch are being used alongside br are not yet updated to 1.7. And 1.8 comes at the end of the summer and they really into the api now.
1.6 is stable, he started the development in this version, finish the required parts (mainly the explosion) then port it.
The cohf core is finished for 1.7, (no te yet).

Skipping 1.7.2 is pointless though. Everyone's gonna be playing on 1.7.2 as soon as all the other mods catch up, and with this mod sticking to 1.6.4 until there's a forge version for 1.7.10, Big Reactors will be left behind and largely forgotten.

Yes, but skipping 1.7.2 is totally pointless, because the most mods are now ported to this version and that took 8 months!
Is porting from 1.6.4 to 1.7.2 so much effort? (I have no experience with minecraft modding)

1.6.4 -> 1.7.2 is a substantial effort, and 1.7.10 is not terribly far away. I see no reason to divert what little modding time I have to complete a port. I'd rather use that time to code 0.4, with high-energy steam and high-energy coolants to relieve the current problems with fluid flow rates.

I get requests to update to 1.7.2 on a regular basis, but my answer has not changed: BR will be skipping 1.7.2.

Lot of things changed from 1.6 to 1.7, and even more change comes. The 1.8 port will be a big thing, ther rewriting the whole engine. The only advantage of using 1.7, is the ids, but thats kinda solved with the configs for now.

Finish the mod, do not bother them.Finish all functions, then port to the actual version.

I've been using an unofficial 1.7.2 port of BigReactors for a couple of days. So far, I've only gone as far as a simple 3x3 reactor, but it seems to work, though I can't connect EnderIO machines to the reactor yet. The only errors I've encountered were a couple of entries in the log where texture files were missed in name changes during porting.

Edit: looks like CoFH references have been almost entirely removed from that unofficial port.
