Turbine speed animation changing speed

[On the 0.3.3A version]
Wether you look a Turbine from the front , or from the ground looking at the shaft the turbine animation is at different speeds (Slower from the front)
Duplicate of #180. This was fixed in 0.3.4A, please upgrade.
