SMP: On Forge servers, Turbines do not receive network updates properly

Not confirmed yet, but it appears that turbines do not send update packets properly on plain Forge servers. Installing Cauldron fixes the issue.

Issue only occurres in a world generated by a plain forge server. A world generated in a cauldron server will correctly form turbines, regardless of whether the world is loaded in cauldron or plain forge.

This appears to have been related to the build environment for 0.4.0rc2 - building with openJDK 1.7 does not work, but experimentals seem to indicate that building with the Sun JDK fixes this.
