Just updated to rc7, now my build that was working before is not outputting any power to TE4 energy cell. (Also updated to CoFHCore-[1.7.10]3.0.0B6-32, CoFHLib-[1.7.10]1.0.0B6-26) Broke and reformed the reactor, now power is being stored inside the reactor. Can not get power from the power tap to go directly into a TE4 cell or an energy node(extrautilites) now.

Here is a picture of what it looked like. Computer is being used to turn on/off reactor, but has been isolated to be not the issue by removing the wire and turning on/off reactor manually.
