personally, I go into a TE4 energy cell, then use extrautilities energy nodes right now.

It was not removed, check out the thermal expansion github. The mod is still beta, wait it out. There will be energy ducts, an all ducts will be a separated mod.

For extra utilities, you need at least one energy node in the system.
I would not offer ender io, since its questionable if br works with it, and that mod is too mutch just for the conduits.

This isn't a bug. As noted on the website, you will need other mods to transfer the energy BR generates. When the TE teams releases energy wiring for 1.7.10, that'll handle it. Until now, take your pick from Mekanism, EnderIO or any of the several other mods which implement RF energy transports.
