1.7.10 Reactor Redstone Port looses toggle reactor on/off setting (SMP)

Usually happens when leaving the dimension and coming back (or a server relog). The setting will not stay and needs to be reset.

Does this happen in SMP only, or also SSP?

I have only tested it in SMP. I will see if I can duplicate it in SSP.

I have not been able to reproduce it in SSP, the only thing I can think of is the areas that have reactors are chunk loaded in SMP.

I'll see what I can figure out. Sounds like a networking issue.

I can't trace this one down to any apparent code error, but I'm taking a shot in the dark. Please let me know if this still occurs in 0.4.0rc9 once that release goes out.
