[1.7.10] Actively cooled reactor on SMP Worlds

Hey there.
I'm currently trying to create an actively cooled reactor on my server.
I tested everything in a SSP world and everything worked fine.
Tried to rebuild everything on the server and found a strange problem.
On my server the turbine wont build properly. I can use rightclick on the controller and it seems to work.
But the textures wont get the connected textures style and the rotor blades wont start spinning.
Steam is comming into the turbine (visible in the turbine controller)
and it seems like everything should work. Even the particles are visible.
But the rotor blades just wont start spinning and the turbine wont produce energy.
I rebuilded everything and tested it again. Same result.
Rebuilded it again on SSP and everything works fine.
It seems like actively cooled reactors wont work on my server for some reason.
Maybe its a cross mod problem because i'm using many other mods.
A full list of my mods can be viewed here:

I'm using the latest version of BigReactors and forge.
All other mods should be up to date too.
Are there any known bugs with actively cooled reactors on SMP worlds?
Or any known cross mod problems?
Sorry for my bad english.
I hope its not to hard to understand.
See this issue #292
Basically it should only be fixed in worlds that were created with latest CofhCore. We don't know fix for other worlds yet.
I'm just a commenter like you, i don't fix. It's an ongoing issue that you may have to wait from CoFH. Check here sometimes for new releases http://teamcofh.com/downloads/
Turbines work though even with this old "broken" world, i know i get 24k RF/t even though the blades aren't spinning and structure didn't form. All my machinery has depended on that 1 turbine for many days. You may have a building problem if it's not producing any.
Are you going to work on a fix for that problem?
Or did i realy have to create a new world to fix that?
Its not a big deal to wait for a fix but it would be useless if you are not going to fix it.
Yes, this is the same issue as in #292. I'm working with CoFH to try to get a fix out. Please be patient.
