Hi there, two requests, feel free to say they are impossible.

1. Display average fuel consumption on the controller gui.
2. To help with large builds can there be a show missing blocks button or /command. A couple of times now I have gotten to the end of a big build and something's missing at which point it's almost impossible to determine what's causing the build to not be complete.

This is fixed by commit f4c2058 and will be in BR 0.2.2A
