Powertap keeps turns red when chunk with reactor is unloaded so it's nessesary to reconnect everytime.

This is true for EnderIO conduits and universal cables (other ways are not tested)

Works fine if powertap attached directly to the power storage

I bet this was reintroduced in rc6 with some fixes intended to resolve a rare crash.

Are the conduits/cables in the same chunk as the power tap, or are they in an adjacent chunk?

Other question - reactor power taps, turbine power taps, or both?

Powertaps was reactor ones. Cable was in same chunk
