Cyanite Reprocessor won't output into adjacent inventories

Me again.
A Cyanite Processor will accept input from pipes, chests and Thermal Expansion's tessseracts, however, it will not output into chests and tesseracts, only pipes.
Environment:
Tekkit 1.1.10 (Minecraft 1.5.2) plus Big Reactors 0.1.14A.
I don't know where to put this, so I might as well put it here: If I may, I would like to know whether you are looking for feedback beyond bug reports and whether you are interested in game-play suggestions (and where those could be posted). Looking at your site I couldn't find any information regarding your stance on this.
Also I was wondering if there was a way for me to attach labels to future issues, as I plan on continuing to report any bugs and quirks I can hunt down.

I'm not sure if you can tag issues on Github unless you're flagged as a programmer on a project. The simplest way is probably just to put "Bug:" or something in the issue's title.
