Can't switch fluid port modes.

Both the turbine and reactor fluid port modes are unable to be switched. and are both on inlet mode.

Big Reactors 0.4.0rc10
forge version 10.13.2.1230

Persists with a restart on both client and server.
Trying to switch with bare hand.

I'm going to need more information here. At a minimum, I need to know:

Which Forge and Big Reactors versions you're using
Whether this reproduces in SMP, SSP or both
If you're using BR in a modpack, a link or modlist would be handy
Did this happen once, or is it an ongoing problem? Does it persist through restarting your client/server?
How are you trying to switch them? Via wrench? If so, which mod's wrench item are you using?

Found that a cresent hammer is the only working item, bare handed does not work.
This is on a multiplayer server was trying to switch barehand and with yeta wrench, and AE2 wrenches.

As of 0.4.0rc5, fluid ports can only be toggled with wrenches. See the patch notes:
