I´m using v0.4rc11, built a reactor, but the reactor is not generating power.
There is also no power output from a power tap.

You seem to have Fluid Ports in your reactor. when these are installed, your reactor will no longer generate any power. Instead all the heat will be used to convert incoming water to steam.

As noted above, fluid ports prevent the reactor from generating RF. This is intended behavior.
