Turbines can be built in a way where the blades clip through the wall

If you build a turbine where the shaft is off-center and the blades extend multiple blocks outwards, once the turbine starts spinning, the spinning blades may clip through the wall of the turbine. Here's an example design that exhibits this bug: http://imgur.com/a/oHpru

Here's what it looks like when it's spinning: http://i.imgur.com/PXqyzHh.gifv

And finally, I'm sure I've explained it well enough, but just for fun here's a video of me building it and showing it spinning in defiance of the laws of physics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oe7v6rpM-64

I think it should detect situations like this and simply not accept it as a working configuration. The simplest way to do this would simply be to disallow off-centered shafts, but there are valid configurations with off-center shafts that do behave realistically. (EDIT: Actually, even just having a non-square turbine would be enough, even if the shaft is centered.) The (IMO) ideal solution, however, would be to accept the configuration, but just have it bump up against the edge and stop spinning once you start it up, like it would in real life.

I find it worth noting that when I was playing around, experimenting with different turbine designs, when I first came across this I was laughing hysterically. So maybe keep it as an option in the configuration just for fun, only disabled by default. :)

this could be used for some cool aesthetic thing but should be disabled because it has 0% real physics.
