[Question] Does turbine can explode?

In the toolpit of the turbine, they say that they can explode catastrophically if they rotors are kept overspeed for too long. Is it implemented yet or not? Will they explode? My version of Big Reactors is 0.4.3A for 1.7.10. Thank you in advance!
