after changing the mining level of yellorium with iguana tweak. it says on the tool tip that it can mine it but when i mine it, it will show you that you mined it but them pop back into place.

Let me get this straight, you changed the block with another mod and its not working, so therefore this mod is to blame?

It sounds more like an Iguana Tweak issue, as there seems to be nothing special in the ore code here.
