UE incompatibility due to coal smelting

Universal Electricity also adds a coal smelting recipe, rendering it incompatible with Big Reactors. If both mods are used, one mod will overwrite the other's smelting recipe.
Fix this by removing the coal smelting recipe and instead adding some other kind of recipe for graphite bars.
