Reactor doesn't work after reset

After exiting and reentering Minecraft, with reactor running while exiting, the reactor is nonfunctional, and all fuel cells are empty. If click on controller, says "block at such and such location not correct for interior". The block location is always either empty space or liquid block (water, ender or glowstone). Built as 5x5, 4 high, 5 fuel rods. Happens every time. Using 0.2.13a2, Forge 953.

Thanks for the report. SSP or SMP? What other mods do you have installed?

SSP, 93 mods, all updated to latest versions.

This is likely some kind of interaction with another mod, as I can't reproduce it with only Big Reactors installed. Could you post a list of mods, please?

I'll try to enhance the right-click error reports for 0.2.14A, as well.

If I completely tear the reactor down and rebuild it, it works great until the next time I restart. No errors are thrown, so no error report.

I was using appeng to input fuel. When reactor is nonfunctional, yellorite is still in the input block, it just won't put fuel into fuel cells. Also, the controller is green, and I can select it and see the gui, but nothing will happen as there is no fuel in the fuel cells.

After further testing, I found that if I only use one fuel rod in the center, the system works perfectly, but I'm only generating 115 rf. Do the fuel rods need to have space all the way around them? I had one in the center and one in each corner.

The rods shouldn't need space all the way around them, no. You should be able to pack a reactor completely full of fuel rods and it should still assemble.

I think I have an inkling of what this might be (an oddity with Railcraft), and I think I know a workaround. Would it be possible for you to make a backup copy of your world and see if reactors break without Railcraft? I mostly want to confirm that that's where the interaction issue is coming from.

Ok, my fixes should resolve this. If not, use the empty-hand right-click tool on a "broken" reactor to see what the validation error is and let me know, please.

Fixed! Thank you very much, I love your mod! This will be a new mainstay for my Minecraft.
