• Binnies wood products (planks, logs fences etc.) take longer to break than their vanilla and forestry counter parts

Binnies glass does not respect vanilla harvesting rules:

• All Binnies glass instabreaks
• Pigmented glass can't be harvested even with silk touch
• Patterned glass always drops, even when broken by hand

These all also occur in both 1.11.2 and 1.7.10 versions in some what or another but I still assume this is a bug. Please correct me if I am wrong
