[1.11.2] Mutator in Alvery accepts any item

Mutator in Alvery accepts any item, although only Soul Sand, Ender Pearl or Eye of Ender.
Fix for 1.11.2:

Need to change from 0.0f to 1.0f (thanks @mezz)
