This has been going on for me since binnies for 1.11 became available.
The game loads fine if the forestry config plugins.cfg is set to this:

    # Butterflies. Shiny.
    B:forestry.lepidopterology=true

However, I like to have those butterflies disabled.

This is only an issues if binnies is installed, if not, then forestry loads fine without butterflies.
