MC 1.12.2, Binnie 2.5.0.111

When creating Enzymes in an Incubator (Bacteria + Sugar), after one Enzyme created it does not proceed with the message "No space in Tank", although the output tank is empty.

Observing the same issue.

Curiously, on the multiplayer server I'm on, if I log out and then log back in, the machine appears to have created anywhere between 1-8 Enzymes. But as long as I stay online and in the chunk, nothing happens and I get the same message as OP.
