Per the title.

As a test, I made an Intricate Circuit Board and gave it 4 Obsidian Electron Tubes to cause the Alveary to reduce the lifespan of my bees by 80%. The Transmission Block is powered, and I know that's working because my Lighting is receiving power, but when I put the soldered Circuit Board into the Stimulator Block, it has no effect on the bees' lifespans, and the stimulator block doesn't react in any way, and my power consumption to the Alveary doesn't change (was 10RF/t because of the lighting, remains 10RF/t).

I'm using 1.12.2 2.5.0.110
