I have found that the default spawn rate for hives is way to high, and it causes server lag(we can address that later).

So I have decreased forestry hives down to 0.1, however when I changed the extrabees config to 0.1 it reset it back to 2, I changed it to .1 and it changed it back to 2, I had to settle with 1.

Please fix the code to match Forestry where we can turn it down to 0.1 so they still spawn but you have to look.
