Weird texture rendering glitch

I don't know exactly how to put this into words but I'll give it a shot.

I've noticed a rendering issue or glitch with the Alveary upgrades. I've build several Alveary from Forestry and they work well until I add upgrades like the rain guard, Lighting etc. They still work but anything else near by will glitch out.
Example is if I have a normal minecraft chest nearby it will disappear and randomly reappear if you get close to it or wait around it for a few seconds. If it doesn't just right clicking on it will make it reappear. Same thing happens with any of the other chest like Iron, Gold and Diamond but they also will rotate and face other directions.
Itemducts, fluiducts and fluxduct are also affected as in they are still connected but visually they are broken into individual segments. Right clicking on them with a Crescent Hammer will reconnect them visually.
Ender tanks are also affected as they will visually be empty, facing the wrong way and the colour combo at the top will revert back to default White/White/White but rotating them back around to facing you as they were before corrects the rendering.

I also had a row of Garden Cloche from Immersive engineering and even they were glitching out, they were rendering/ glitching out as the textures where overlapping and stacking on top of each other. I think they are like 2 or 3 blocks high so you could imagine the bottom block rendering twice on top of each other.

It seems to affect anything within about 8 to maybe 12 blocks from the Binnie Alveray mods (Rain guard, Lighting upgrade etc)

This is what I have done to try and fix it but no luck:

I've played around with my video settings
Disabled Optifine
Removed my texture pack
Backed up the world and tried deleting and regenerating the chunk just incase it was a chunk issue using worldedit.
Spent a few hours googling this issue and trying so many different things.

In the end what fixed everything was removing the upgrades from this mod and leaving the Alvery default forestry ones without any upgrades other than the forestry upgrades (Fan, Heater etc). Once removed everything was back to normal until I put them back and walked away to come back to double check to make sure it is these upgrades screwing with rendering of anything else nearby.

As far as I could see it was not effecting Minecraft blocks like dirt, sand, gravel etc but it did affect the minecraft chests.

I hope this gives you some idea what i'm trying to explain. I'll grab some screenshots if needed as I should be able to easily replicate this issue.

Sorry for the late reply, I only noticed the email as I had a big clean out and found the update to this issue buried under every other email.
If I can recreate it sure but that was months ago and I honestly forgot about this issue. I can't even remember what version of forestry it was. I think I was using Direwold20 for 1.12.2 but since changed mod packs. I was sure I took screenshots and added them but I guess I took them and never uploaded them. I'll see if I can recreate the glitching and post either an update or screenshots here.

@Zoidey Could you please add some screenshots?

So I saw this and I have the same problem, it started glitching when I accidentally poured water on the fluxduct
