Phantasmal bees (final ender bees) produce less than spectral bees.

Hello. I noticed this using JEI Bees.
Ender bees - first "end" bee has a 30% chance of producing comb.
Spectral bees - second bee - 50% chance.
Phantasmal bees - third bee - 40% chance.
