the mod works fine at first, but once you enter water even once, water tracks seem to be the only music tracks that play until you leave the world (assumed, i haven't really tested it extensively. i'm like 50% sure it fixes itsself once you join the world again)
may be a mod conflict, but i'm unsure

Fixed in 3.4, did indeed not reset the water flag :)
