A way to configure what biomes have what weather would be loved by me, as some people feel diffrent biomes should have diffrenet weather, for example i love heavy rain and would want it to replace all rain, however of course thats a very personal opinion, so a way to set it up indivisually would make sense in this case

for the biome config thats a very heavy maybe as for the heavy rain thing theres strong possibility as i kinda like that idea its easy to implement I just am not sure if I want to clog the config with too much bloat if possible
