Mod not working

Mod Version (Required)
4.0.2
Notes (Required)
When u i using this mod the particles that the mod should add are not present.
I also tried using Forge Config Api version 4.0.1 instead of 4.0.2, but nothing changes, the particles are not there.

oh its not even forge man... well ill get on the problem once i have time i've been busy
