Hey there, I played around with your mod as soon as it was released and realized that now with version 1.0.2, there seem to be some smaller bugs:

• The rain sound does not play. Same issue as in #3. I cannot tell you why but I added my current mod list as a pastebin here if that helps to pinpoint the problem.
• Rain, Sandstorm, Tumbleweed and probably Snow as well just go through the water instead of splashing, swimming/floating on it.

Other than that, I really love the mod for what it does and hopefully, there will be some more weather effects!
Maybe you could add fog for some effects?

alright fixed the rain sound issue and fog is planned its just being a HUGE pain to fully understand how to actually render it
