There is a reason the water splash particles don't appear on water its due to the fact that somehow for some ungodly reason the splash particles appear not only below where they should be but also floating in the air so yep.

Yes, turns out it was an incompatibility brought about by the upgrading of the Fabric modloader from "12" to "13", which was fixed by a very recent update by the other plugin(s).

props for proper research into the problem instead of just leaving it to the dev to worry about the problem that didn't exist (it feels uncommon i guess) appreciate it :)
