[Suggestion]: Add compatibility with Cool Rain Fabric 1.21.1

It appears that this mod totally overrides the sound effects added by the Cool Rain mod. Both mods have become my favorites because of the ✨immersion✨ they generate and it hurts me a lot to have them not working together. In the Discord of the author of Cool Rain there is a small conversation where they report this same bug so I don't know from which side it should be solved.
ah yeah thats on me. Ive now fixed it by implementing a check for config related stuff properly instead of lazily. patch should be up on curseforge and modrinth shortly
