Issue Description:

In a Cubic Chunks world, vanilla saplings grow at Y>255 but some Biomes O'Plenty saplings do not.
Hellbark and Ebony Wood seem to grow okay.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a CC world that has taller terrain or else pillar up and make a dirt platform
2. Plant BoP trees, use bone meal

Making BoPs saplings able to grow above 256 could possibly be exploited to get above bedrock in the Nether. Also vanilla saplings will normally not grove above Y-level 256, so changing it in BoP would deviate from their wish to mimic vanilla behaviour when possible.

In Cubic Chunks there is no "above bedrock" in the Nether. Anyway, 256 is above vanilla nether bedrock.
Vanilla saplings do indeed grow above 256 in Cubic Chunks-- the screenshot clearly shows it.
In any case, this is an old report and there have been many updates to CC since then, and sadly BoP could not be used in my modpack because of the bug.

It is not a bug. Vanilla saplings do not normally grow above 256, that is something that Cubic Chunks changes, so it would be up to Cubic Chunks to change it for BoP saplings too.
