BoP Planks Make Vanilla Oak Stairs/Slab with Forge 9.11.1.934+

After 9.11.1.934 of Minecraft Forge, the recipes for BoP slabs and stairs generates the vanilla oak versions. Looking up uses of BoP planks in NEI shows vanilla stairs/slabs before their BoP versions.

Change Log for that version states: Add wildcard versions of OreDict replacements, Closes # 827

Tested with Forge 9.11.1.933 + BoP + NEI (recipes work as expected) and Forge 9.11.1.934 + BoP + NEI (recipes do not work as intended, generates vanilla oak versions).
