Using MCPC, the ender porter (and so far the ancient staff too) cannot be used in BoP worlds because the dimension number is not 0. I would suggest checking the environment instead of the dimension number.

The ancient staff is intended to be that way. The enderporter on the other hand, eh, i'll have a think about it.
