Hot Spring Water destroyed by explosions

Issue Description:

Hot spring water is destroyed by TNT and creeper explosions. Default MC fluids (water and lava) do not and should not explode, so HSW ought to follow suit.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Find/create hot spring water
  2. Trigger a TNT or creeper explosion in or near the fluid
  3. Fluid is destroyed

Affected Versions (Exact numbers, do NOT use "latest"):

  • Biomes O' Plenty: 1.12.2 7.0.1.2302
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
