Issue Description:

Disabling all "Island" biomes in the configuration located at "config/biomesoplenty/biomes_ids.json" and creating a world with the Biomes 'O Plenty preset causes the game to crash.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Change all biome IDs for "Island" biomes to -1 in "biomes_ids.json"
  2. Launch Minecraft and create a world using the Biomes O' Plenty world type
