Issue Description:

Sometimes when creating a new world i get a fluids capability crash.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Creating a world (But does not happen always)

Affected Versions (Exact numbers, do NOT use "latest"):

• Biomes O' Plenty: BiomesOPlenty-1.12.2-7.0.1.2360-universal
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.3.2657

Happens with and without Optifine/Foamfix.

Seems like it was Forge... Went down to 2655, and seems like that solved my issue. Sorry about that.
