Problem with changing the vanilla biome configs

Issue Description: I can configure the BOP biome configs but not the vanilla biome configs. If I go to config>biomesoplenty>biomes and copy the vanilla files I want to configure into this folder I can't change settings like temperature or weights. Also I can't disable the vanilla biomes in the 'biome_ids' file because there are none of them. Is there another way to disable the vanilla biomes?
