What's the issue you encountered?

So I recently updated the server to the lastest version of biomes o plenty, but every single blocks of biomes o plenty is gone and the biomes are also gone, I tried going creative mode but I can't place any of the blocks. The server used to work before updating it. It was on version 9.0.0.178 that was working.

Mod Version

Right now it's on 9.0.0.250 with forge version 28.0.45 (Game Version 1.14.4)

Update Forge to 28.0.55, and delete fml.toml and forge-client.toml in the config folder for both the server and client. Also you updated from a fairly "old" version of BOP, and with Forge and BOP for 1.14 both not being stable yet, you might have to end up creating a new world.
