What's the issue you encountered?

[ I don't know if this is intended, but upon attempting to place seagrass on white or black sand, it won't allow the grass to be placed. ]

How can the issue be reproduced?

[ 1. Get seagrass. 2. Find some underwater black or white sand. 3. Try to place seagrass ]
