Error During the load_registries event phase

What's the issue you encountered?

I went to play on my friends minecraft server and loaded the modpack and forge for it. I played on it this morning, and it worked perfectly fine. When minecraft loaded, it showed this screen that said 'Error During the Load_registries even phase' about Biomes O' Plenty. What was weird is that when i tried a new version of forge and the newest version of the mod, nothing changed.
