fungal jungle is mo longer blue

What's the issue you encountered?
not blue anymore, it is a vibrant green (like Alpha Minecraft Green), entire biome changed colors, no other biomes in the world changed colors that I've noticed
How can the issue be reproduced?
updating modpack TNP Limitless 5 from 12.2 to 13.0 the BoP went from 15.0.0.97 to 15.0.0.101
