Considering this issue has only popped up for people within the past day, and we haven’t made any changes to our biomes in like a month or more, it’s definitely some other mod causing the issue.

Whatever mod it is is using a vanilla feature that our floodplain is also using, but they don’t register it in the correct order in their biome(s). So you'll need to go through your mods 1-by-1 and find which one is the culprit.
