Boat with Chest loses its contents when it's unloaded

What's the issue you encountered?

I loaded my Cherry Boat with Chest with items and made it entering the nether portal (from nether to overworld). Then when I checked it in the overworld, it had lost its contents.
This issue only occurs with a boat with chest in Biomes O' Plenty.

How can the issue be reproduced?

  1. Make a nether portal or an end portal.
  2. Load a boat with chest with some items.
  3. Push the boat with chest into the portal.
  4. Go through the portal and the contents in it should disappear.

@ColdNSs Have the same issue.

Boats with chests are bugged in B'o'P. (And they have wrong receipt. Wooden planks with a chest, WTF?)
