Could you please make it possible for buildcraft to spawn oil in a few biomes o plenty biomes? Right now it only spawns in a few vanilla biomes and if you add biomes o plenty it is very hard to find oil.

To enable buildcraft to spawn oil the biomes where it should be able to spawn should be registerd in the biomeDictionary as dessert, wasteland, forzen or forest

I have a pull request in the buildcraft project that allows you to customize which biomes oil will spawn in which would allow you to do this with even more precision.

BoP has a variety multiple biomes registered in the Biome Dictionary as such. I know for a fact BC oil does indeed spawn too since i saw quite a few pools of it when Forgecraft reset yesterday.
