What's the issue you encountered?

After selecting NeoForge 20.6.61-Beta as my installation, I clicked to enter the game. It began to load as normal, but once it gets to around "Loading Bootstrap" and "Loading Mods", it notes a mod error and then proceeds to crash, giving me a -1 error and citing something about the Apache Maven versioning.

How can the issue be reproduced?

• Ensure installation is NeoForge 20.6.61
• Have TerraBlender-neoforge-1.20.6-3.5.0.3 installed in Mods folder
• Have BiomesOPlenty-neoforge-1.20.6-18.4.0.3 OR SereneSeasons-neoforge-1.20.6-9.4.0.4 installed in Mods folder
• Click "Play"
• Will begin to load and then crash to launcher with error code -1.

Additional information

• Tested Terrablender alone, no issues.
• Serene Seasons (SereneSeasons-neoforge-1.20.6-9.4.0.4) also has this issue as I tested is separately.
• I did not test alone with just Biomes O Plenty but the issue also appeared on NeoForge 20.6.50 (minimum version for Collective).

Let me know if you need any more data, but for now it appears both of the most recent versions of Serene Seasons and BoP are throwing this error independently of each other. I don't use Tough As Nails so I cannot say if that one also has the issue.
