End Biomes Not Generating

What's the issue you encountered?
None of the end biomes are generating. They seem to be registered correctly as they show up as suggestions in the locate biome command, but neither I nor the command can find them.
How can the issue be reproduced?
- Create a new world
- Go to the end
- Use the
locate biomecommand to try to find any of the end biomes
