i wanted to to craft a crafting table with fir planks. from the fir tree's

How can the issue be reproduced?

get fir log change into planks then try crafting a crafting table out of it.

You have a mod that's overriding the vanilla crafting table recipe, presumably because they add crafting table variants for vanilla wood types. I'd suggest either removing whatever mod is doing that, or getting some kind of add-on that adds crafting table variants for BOP woods.
